At the Canberra Region Farmers market this morning I told the lovely purveyor (and smoker) of smoked trout that I wanted to try a recipe I'd seen online, and it turned out she'd seen your recipe too : ) Of course when I went to make dinner there was no quinoa and we had lamb stew...
